Kate is a life saver! I have struggled with neck and back pain on an off for 16 years from a car accident. I was in a rut and couldn't get long term relief from meds, adjustments or anything else. I decided to try acupuncture and cupping and it was the best decision I have made. This is the longest I have been pain free in years!! I also had tendonitis which is now a thing of the past! I would recommend her to anyone and would return in a heartbeat should the pain return! Hopefully I will only be returning for maintenance a few times a year, but it's nice to know should I do something to aggravate my neck or injure myself I can come in and go right back to being pain free! Absolutely amazing!!

I went to Kate as a last ditch effort to help an issue I was having with my neck. I am a wheelchair user, and not only am I a wheelchair user, but I am the current reigning Ms. Wheelchair Pennsylvania 2018. This year has been VERY VERY busy for me, I am doing more activities than I ever have since the onset of my spinal cord injury almost 11 years ago. I can say without a doubt I wouldn't have been able to accomplish everything I was able to do throughout my reign without Kate and her expertise. I have a condition called Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, which long story short freezes my shoulder up to my ear and causing HORRIBLE pain in my neck. I would lay in bed in pain taking muscle relaxers for days for it to finally let up in the past. The more mobile I was, the more often it was happening. After seeing her for around 6 months now, I haven't had my neck/ shoulder freeze up like that. I also have noticed several other changes in my body that I was just "use to"... that are now way better. My opinion is, if you have tried all the suggestions of western medicine and it hasn't given you relief... try acupuncture and cupping... you legit have nothing to lose! There are no negative side effects! The facility she practices out of is now completely wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible parking spot, no scary sidewalk bumps, doors that are fairly easy to open, a very compliant bathroom, and the rooms are also accessible. She works with me in my chair because it is just easier for me to sit in my chair instead of transferring personally. Kate is also down to earth, and very personable. She is very knowledgeable in her care... because she actually cares! I drive an hour one way just to see her, because of how great she is! Thank you Kate for helping me be the best Ms. Wheelchair Pennsylvania that I can be!!

Thanks to Kate, my IBS pain I have had for 4 years has almost completely subsided! She has given me my life back. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone suffering in pain.

I just love Kate! She is very professional! Kate has really helped me out with a lower back issue. I suffered for approx 2 years with major lower back pain. I have been with Kate for about 2 years and with monthly maintenance, she has just about alleviated my pain. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for alternative medicine.

I reached out to Kate for fertility issues. We had been trying for our second child for a year and half and after a miscarriage, an ectopic pregnancy and a chemical pregnancy, I knew there had to be a reason this was happening. My first instinct was to see a fertility doctor, where I found out that my egg count was low, which can also affect the egg quality. We were shocked to hear that our chances of conceiving and carrying to term were 20%. I knew that another baby was in our future and I had heard a lot of great things about acupuncture for infertility. We had options with the fertility doctor, which included taking fertility drugs to increase the eggs released during ovulation, IUI and invitro. I felt the best option for us was to couple weekly acupuncture treatments with fertility drugs to increase the amount of eggs ovulated every month, and Chinese herbs (Kate can recommend a great herbalist).  Kate was great from the start- she took the time to talk with me and explain how she treats for infertility and how it works on your body by increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs, balancing the endocrine system and reducing stress- which anyone trying to conceive knows all too well. Kate also took the time to answer all the questions I had. I feel that the acupuncture helped to bring the healthy eggs to the “surface” so that they were the ones that ovulated. After a year and half of trying with no success, I became pregnant after 3 months of acupuncture. I have no doubt that the acupuncture was the reason we were able to conceive and stay pregnant. If you are starting to have fertility issues, before you start going down the road of expensive and invasive treatments, there is no harm in giving acupuncture a try. It can’t do any harm and at the very least can help in reducing the stress of trying to conceive. 

I started going to Kate back in March for acupuncture after she came highly recommended by my aunt and uncle. I honestly can't thank them enough for telling me about Kate! I don't remember when the last time was that I felt this good?! She has been working with me on several different health issues, and I have noticed such a positive reaction with how I feel! She is very professional, sweet, and absolutely amazing at what she does! If I could give this review more than 5 stars I definitely would, because it deserves like 10!! I have been and will continue to highly recommend her to anyone! Before Kate I had never tried acupuncture; now that I have and see all of the wonderful benefits that I am experiencing from it, I will make sure to keep up with it and always have it in my life, because I ALWAYS want to feel this GOOD!! After trying Chinese acupuncture I lucked out and got an appointment in the Japanese clinic and I fell in love with Japanese acupuncture and Kate. I saw Kate for quite a while and did have some great results in terms of energy and decreased migraines. At our last appointment Kate used a different technique and I loved it, but unfortunately since Kate left I have not returned to acupuncture.
